Edith Jones was awarded a Ruth L. Kirschstein predoctoral National Research Service Award. The award, titled “Causes and consequences of myocardial purine dysregulation in heart failure” will help fund Ms. Jones’ dissertation research on purine degradation in heart failure in humans.
